The archived seven-step service said the firm would provide a Thai trustee as shareholder and director, later install the foreign client as director, maintain 49% foreign and 51% trustee ownership, and obtain a pre-signed share-transfer agreement allowing replacement of the Thai shareholder.

The same process appeared after a 2019 URL migration. A separate overview discussed powers of attorney, foreign directors and unequal voting rights. These are published service representations, not proof that a particular client transaction occurred.
